We built ETHWarsaw's complete visual identity that made Poland's largest Ethereum event feel distinctly local while celebrating global Web3 culture.

Many crypto conferences feel cold and corporate. ETHWarsaw needed soul. We mixed the city's historic landmarks with a solarpunk aesthetic to create a brand that feels warm, welcoming and distinctly Polish while celebrating the future of Ethereum.

About

ETHWarsaw is a community-led event organized by local enthusiasts to bring the global Ethereum ecosystem to Poland. It serves as a meeting ground for builders and founders to discuss scalability, privacy and the future of the network. This particular edition takes place in the historic main hall of the Warsaw University of Technology connecting the city's academic past with its digital future.

Designing Local Pride

We wanted a brand that felt undeniably Polish. Instead of generic crypto aesthetics we built an identity rooted in the city itself. We combined warm energetic colors with organic shapes that contrast against the architectural rigidity of Warsaw. It creates a vibe that feels like a homecoming for locals and a distinct destination for global visitors.

3D Design

Reimagining the Skyline

The event needed a hero visual that anchored it in reality. We modeled Warsaw's most iconic structures including the Palace of Culture and the University of Technology where the event takes place and stylized them into a cohesive city system. This 3D cityscape became the main illustration that scaled across everything from the website header to the main stage backdrop.

Navigation as Exploration

The website needed to organize a chaotic schedule without breaking the vibe. We used the illustrated assets to turn standard agenda pages into a visual journey through the city. It handles the heavy lifting of ticketing and track schedules while keeping the user immersed in the optimistic atmosphere of the event.

Three conference pass options: Regular at 100 USD, Hacker Pass free application, and Hacker Pass at 25 USD, all including access, food, networking, and swag.

Statistics from previous edition: 69,420 in prizes awarded fueling Web3 ecosystem growth, 130 talented hackers competed to create new Web3 projects, and over 1000 participants attended to learn and connect.

Their deep knowledge of web3 was evident in the innovative rebranding solutions they provided. The final results exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with our new brand identity.
